  2. Employer Satisfaction & Engagement : This are assessed by third party to gain information on employer satisfaction scores and initiatives for employee engagement 

  3. Professional Development: Employee professional development through upskilling, training and developmental, leadership and mentorship programs.

  4. Any other that supports the nomination
