(1) MEP Executive of the Year : This award honors contribution of an individual whose remarkable skills in leading complex MEP projects ensure successful delivery adhering quality, technical expertise, sustainability and budgetary goals within the Middle East Region for minimum of 15 years.The recipient should exemplify commitment to sustainability, innovation, and operational excellence, making a lasting impact on their organization and the broader industry. The award encourages a culture of responsible leadership aligned with the Middle East’s sustainable future goals.

Evaluation Criteria:

  1. Leadership : Demonstrates leadership role in overall outstanding project delivery, organizational excellence, initiates to inspire, mentor and effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

     

  2. Sustainability Commitment: Actively promotes sustainable practices in projects aligning with regional and global net-zero and decarbonization goals.

     

  3. Innovation & Creativity : Development of innovative solutions to solve complex MEP challenges through application of research, development and creative solutions in MEP Engineering through technical expertise

     

  4. Professional Development & Community Engagement: Commitment to professional development through continual learning and community engagement outreach through advocacy, outreach, volunteering etc.

     

  5. Any other that supports the nomination
