Who we are
ISHRAE is a global organization with over 25,000 members across 59 chapters, including six international chapters, dedicated to advancing the HVAC&R field.
Our efforts are led by a team of elected officers known as the Board of Governors, who work voluntarily to drive impactful initiatives. With a focus on continuous learning and professional growth, ISHRAE organizes workshops, lectures, expos, and publications to provide valuable educational opportunities for members and enthusiasts of HVAC&R sciences.
By encouraging research, offering career guidance, and providing financial assistance to students, ISHRAE empowers the next generation of engineers to contribute meaningfully to the industry and society.

To promote the goals of the Society for the benefit of the general public. Towards this objective, the Chapters of the Society participate in, and organize, activities to protect the Environment, improve Indoor Air Quality, help Energy.
